Putting smiles on the faces of children is one of my passions. In November of 2001 I began feeding needy families for the holidays with a huge holiday meal in a gift basket. The annual Basket Brigade was born. Since then, with the help of volunteers and donors I have led charitable initiatives benefiting over 40,000 Sarasota and Manatee County children and families in need.
